Have emailed and called said “business” about an order placed over month ago. Have had no contact from seller after purchase and no answer to repeated attempts to contact them and request order status. Have seen other complaints of the same nature: no product received, no communication, no refund upon trying to cancel. Site claims 5-9 day processing and 10-20 days shipping on account of covid slowdowns...never received items.
