Received text from (786)892-9041 with a reference #, my full legal name, city state and zip with a loan amount of $43,000.

This is the second text I received like this. The first came a couple weeks ago from (225)513-7743 with the same reference number, had my full legal name and address with the same loan amount offered. All of the other information in the email was exactly the same.

Received a text that included my full name and address offering a large sum in the form of a loan to negotiate my credit card debt. It states: Based on your credit's payment history and due to recent FICO score changes and interest rate spikes nationwide, you have been pre-approved for a personal program to help reduce and eliminate what you owe to creditors. It then offers a phone number to call and a website with a specific link for me. It then states to please not forward or share the text with anyone. and lastly in bold letters it states "This is a federally regulated program. A Rated on BBB"

I received a text message from 302-907-8860 stating my name and address. They told me I was offered $80,000 with the following message.

Received text message which was from (424) 307-8079 and had reference to "Photo". Message began with "Ref # 9207626 followed by my address, city and state. Then "Offer Amount: $42,086. Payment 47,000

Message began with "Hi my first and last name in CAPS. I knew it must be a scam because the message had many grammatically incorrect phrases in it.

The exact message said, "U.S. has been affected by the interest rate spike on all credit cards and personal loans. Payments has increased. If you or your family needs help? There is a federal regulated program that can assist you with these problems and issues. This is an A rated program on the BBB. Everyone that resides in the state of AL qualifies. You will not be disqualified. Again, this is for the individuals who resides in the state of AL.
