I just wanted to update my last message regarding trying to make a return/get a refund for the "counterfeit" pajamas. Someone finally responded from an account "Premier Trust Store" zendesk.com. They sent a copy of my tracking because my complaint was that we order Halloween Pajamas and paid for expedited shipping for them to arrive before the Holiday, and they arrived 2 weeks later than promised after Halloween and then were not even what was expected. So, they obviously did not understand my concern and sent a copy that the pajamas were delivered in November, which I knew. So far no refund accepted. I wanted to let you know since you asked, they were originally sent from HANGZHOU, CHINA. I had said New York in my original message because that was what was on the package received, I guess they repackaged the item at the distribution center in NY. The website doesn't have a company address and none of the phone numbers work, though the area code is for a Florida number. This is a scam! Someone who can shut down the website should.
