Online Retailer Scam

I ordered a womens denim jumper from this company. This item was not as described. When i contacted them to facilitate a return as directed on their website I was told to send it to China (even though the delivery address is New York) and if they accepted the return i would then be refunded. The website cleary states they will provide a shipping label but they do not.

The company advertised Judy Blue Jeans. I ordered a pair at $39.99 + tax = $45.00. They said due to high demand it could be up to six weeks to ship. I received notification 4 weeks later that the product had been shipped, and it could take up to 3 weeks to receive. Three weeks later, I received the package. There was a thin, flimsy, small, very low-quality pair of jeans enclosed, and a different size. I've never heard of this brand. I attempted to call them, but their phone number was disconnected. I sent a complaint on their website, and a few days later, received a response. They requested a photo of the product I received. They said I had 3 options: 1) Receive a 20% refund and "keep these as a gift for family or friends", 2) Receive a gift card for 50% of my purchase to buy something else from them, 3) Return them for a refund. I was informed that they had moved their shipping department to China, so it will take quite awhile for my refund, and the cost of shipping will be extremely high; they don't offer shipping labels. I accepted my $8.00 refund and chalked it up to a lesson learned. I have since heard from others who have had the exact same experience!

Saw the add on TikTok, wanted to try new shorts. Clicked on link and made purchases. Received confirmation, then a few days later received shipped confirmation with tracking from China Post. One week went by and the items tracking didn’t change. Emailed their customer service and got an automated email back saying they would contact me in 2 business days. It’s been another week with no new emails from them and the tracking on the shipping hasn’t changed.
