I also was fooled by them and am out $200. PayPal is not helpful and I dont know why they are still allowing the fake.sellers account to remain open and scam us when they know there is an issue.

Ordered saw blades on June 4, 2020 for $89.17 from mycartus.com. Paid through PayPal same as others did. Received order confirmation email. That’s it! Can not reach them, phone number on website is fake. This company is fraudulent. Filing complaint with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I bought from this [email protected] as well. The only thing I could find was his fake WA phone number. It does not work. My heart sunk after I placed the order through PayPal. No one would cancel my order even when I tried right after I placed it. He never replies to you via email. Paypal refused to investigate or contact him. They would not return my money.Worse it says it was delivered by UPS and I never received anything. I am out $472 right now. It is under investigation with my bank institution. Be careful placing orders with this email and PayPal.

I went to the MycartUS website to buy a table saw that was on sale. I used Paypal to purchase the item. My Paypal confirmation noted that the payment was made to VO NHUT TRIEU at [email protected] which raised a red flag. Because I did not receive a confirmation e-mail from MycartUS, I called the 24/7 contact number on the website and received a notification that the phone located in Kent, WA had been disconnected. I looked up the store address in Shelley, ID and found that a restaurant was located there. I then searched the Idaho corporations list posted by the Secretary of State office and did not find any indication that MycartUS did business in Idaho. I then found a number of complaints on-line that the website was a SCAM and customers never received the products that they ordered.
