Purchased a book embosser that was advertised on social media. I sent an email the day of purchase saying i needed to edit the name on the embosser. No reply. I’ve sent about 4-5, follow up emails and haven’t heard anything. Purchase date was sept 7th 2023

The company took the payment then as soon as i made the purchase the company website said “restocking soon”. Rather than telling me they had no inventory. They took my money, said they’d send it soon but have not responded.
