Received a text about a work from home data entry job . To find out more about the job I had to download the Telegram app. After answering several typical interview questions I was told I got the job and would be making $30.75 per hour plus benefits after a 2 week training period. They wanted to send me a check to use to purchase a computer, printer and software to do the job instead of just sending me the equipment to use or giving me an allowance for using my own computer. The man's name I was communicating with was Duke Arroyo. All of the communication looked very legitimate except for the part about sending me a check to cash and use the money to purchase office equipment. When I told him I wasn't comfortable cashing a check from a company I knew nothing about he stopped communicating with me.
