Type of a scam Phishing
Red flags in the email caused me to search it carefully.
subject line was "Billing error for kls" - if it was from the real company, they would know my name.
email from ending did not match website domain of real company nor did it match the reply email stated in the body of the email.
had links that did not match companies domain either.
email stated they would deactivate my account if I didn't confirm billing details.
also forwarded to the helpdesk for my true email provider that I keep on file.
