I have been in contact with the vendor numerous times by email. They never provided a phone number. When I looked online, I found a phone number. When I called the number, it was not valid.

Every time I emailed and explained my concern, I was told my shipment was on the way.....never arrived. They provided a tracking number and there was no information when searching. Then I reached out to my credit card company to assist. They initially credited my account, but after their process denied my claim multiple times. I've been dealing with this issue since March 2026.

Is there anything ScamPulse.com can do to assist me with this money loss?
