Attended a presentation regarding buying in to a travel agency service. Chose not to participate. However we were given certificates for a 3, 5 or 7 night cruise and for airfare. Naturally there were processing fees involved which we sent. We then received information from a "fulfillment company" Hot Promotional Vacations, who sent us information on a cruise, but requiring an additional $395 per person because we "chose to fly on a peak fly day and time", even though we requested a Tuesday which they had suggested. We didn't accept the offer, which expired in 24 hours. We've not received another cruise offer and attempts to contact them by phone and email have been fruitless.
