Because their website reads that you can return within 30 days, I thought that if I ran into any issue it would be no problem. I received the wrong size of shoe. And have contacted them via email and phone 6 times and have not been able to contact anyone. I’ve reviewed their social media, and it looks like other as of 2019 have ran into the same issue.
