On Saturday, August 20, 2016, I finally received the watch I ordered. I had no idea it was coming from China and took about 3 weeks to arrive.. It didn't come with an instruction manual but was easy enough to figure out without one...at first. After setting the time I checked it an hour later and found that the time had not advanced at all, but maintained the same time I originally set it to. The date does not advance either. There was no outward damage to either the packaging the watch came in, nor the watch itself. Thinking that maybe I wasn't doing something right I went to look for an owners manual online and that's when certain things came to light. There are no markings on the box it came in, nor on the watch itself. No manufacturer, model number or serial number...nothing. All the signs that this watch is bootleg and/or counterfeit. They refuse to give a refund after the item is shipped. "Refunds: We only refund unshipped orders or if the product is not available" is listed on their website that you don't see during the ordering process. I have this now in dispute via the credit card company that I used to make this purchase.
