I only had to pay $99.00 as a donation the puppy was free the $99.00 was for shipping. I didn't Think I did it right the first time do I did it again and it was not through Zelle it was Paypal and a representative is supposed to contact me in 2-5 business days about the puppy. But when I went back to the website it said the puppy I reserved was still available!

i was looking for a pug puppy, and my puppy shop had advertised one that my kid really wanted. i corresponded with Ashley, apparently the manager, which now i highly doubt she exists. things looked legit, until after i transferred 499$ via zelle, then the shipping company contacted me requesting a refundable deposit of 1500$. i didn’t have that amount and contacted Mike, or so he said his name was, and i complained about the situation, bringing up the fact that it wasn’t disclosed to me that i needed to put any money down other than the cost of the puppy. he said he’ll help me if i can put some money down, and bc i had already told my kid that the puppy was coming, i sucked it up and sent $300 via zelle to the shipping company. i spoke over the phone back and forth with the shipping customer support, until they asked for another 550 or the puppy will mot be shipped. contacted mike, he said he couldn’t help, so i requested to be refunded and for puppy to be returned to the breeder. as their website also states 100% money back guaranteed. i emailed and txted both companies, requesting my refunds, and making it clear that puppy needs to be returned to breeder. i have yet to receive any response, they gjosted me. i reported them to Zelle and authorities and also emailed them informing on the legal actions i am taking, yet no response. So far im out $800 and no puppy.

It is so terrible what my puppy shop is doing such horrific scams to people. I got scammed out of $998 for two dogs, then find out they had a sale 50% off so I was only supposed to pay $800. we had a family dog from when he was two months old until he died at the age of 13 years old. I went online to purchase because at the shelters they have a waiting list and they do not have many puppies. I spoke to Ashley the supposedly sale manager and after many questions I asked her, I decided to purchase two dogs for each of my kids. She told me to Zelle her the money which I did and then she asked for a screenshot of payment, that made me suspicious. I never got the dogs which were supposed to arrive the following day, I did however get an email and phone call asking me for $ 2500 for a special thermal create for the puppy. The money hurts to lose but you know what hurt me the most is having to explain to my girls ages 5 and 9 that it was a scam and they will not get the dog. They were devastated. So many animals in need of a good home with people ready, willing, and able to care for them and people like my puppy shop are out there to scam and hurt people like this, it is awful.

My wife has been itching me to get a puppy, not just any puppy but a Pomsky puppy. If you know they ain’t cheap. She was determined to get one and for the right price. She send the money to them thru Zelle and then it all went to ***** They kept asking for more money for things that were to be included. I’m fighting to get my money back. Total Scam stay away.

I was looking for a Yorkshire Terrier Puppy to purchase and found what I thought was a great find with an unbelievable promo going on. When I filled out the form to reserve the puppy I picked out named Hamon. I emailed them and asked who delivers the puppy directly to your home because it seemed suspicious to me because I have purchased a dog and picked it up at the airport and know that Fedex does not deliver dogs because I order Tarantulas, Mantises, and other inverts online from dealers I know and trust. Also, they wanted Zelle or a Gift Card as payment. All information is on their website. I dodged a Bullet when I found a site, Petscams.com and there was the same company under a different name but the look of the website was exactly the same. Below is what I copied for you to see. I was looking online for a Pomeranian puppy to purchase and came across the My Puppy Shop website. They were promoting a puppy named Tangerine for 70% off one day only all inclusive shipping and delivery for $499.00 and 100% of proceeds would go towards families affected by the pandemic. I emailed to inquire about the deadline and they responded midnight (and that was Friday, March 12, 2021). Then, I contacted them via email and made a Zelle payment. However after I sent the payment, they tried to get me to send another payment to a different cashier’s email and recipient address because the payment I sent was to a cashier that was not currently on duty. My payment was already processed so I refused to send additional payment. After inquiring numerous times in regard to the status of my puppy they finally verified the original payment and proceeded to shipping arrangements, which according to the online promotion was 100% covered and included in the purchase of the puppy. The Puppy Shop sent an email informing me that my puppy was being picked up from their facility, and they registered my information so that the shipper could communicate with me directly. The shipper, Starwood Logistics Freight emailed me stating that they required a deposit immediately for a Thermal Industrial crate to transport the puppy. Prices started at $998.00. Once payment was received through Zelle they would ship the puppy and then return my payment only if I returned the crate upon arrival. If I did not pay immediately then they were reporting me for animal cruelty, abandonment, and endangerment. I notified the puppy shop of this additional deposit, and they said they were unaware of this regulation which didn’t made sense because they advertise an online puppy company that sells and ships throughout the world. Their response was it’s my responsibility to pay if I wanted the puppy to be delivered. I was skeptical paying a deposit to the shipper when it was supposed to be an all inclusive offer with all shipping and delivery costs covered by the My Puppy Shop. Also, the Zelle recipient information given to me by Starwood Logistics Freight was the same cashier information given to me from the Puppy Shop when they wanted a second payment. So I researched scams, and Starwood Logistics Freight was detected as a scam website created by criminals. I notified My Puppy Shop of this and demanded my $499.00 back but haven’t heard from them.
