I paid for a marketing service in which we were able to be an exhibitor at a Preschool Fair. This event would bring parents throughout the San Fernando Valley Community to interact with preschools. We paid for the exhibitor expense as well as a preschool journal ad. The day of the event (Saturday, February 24,2018), exhibitors and community members showed up, but the organizers were no where to be found. They refused calls and emails. The event was a flop. The owner emailed us on February 26th claiming that a civil bench warrant was received and she was detained by a judge for a violation. She proposed a new date, but we refused. We were told on March 1, 2018, "Your request for a refund has been submitted. Please allow 10 business days for completion.' Ever since that email, we have had no contact with the company.
