I purchased a custom plush toy from the company in March 2020. In May I got an update that my order was delayed due to covid. I have not received any reply to inquiries since then-no product received and no refund received. I requested a refund from the company that processed the transaction and they said they can’t get it without the merchant approving it. I’ve read countless stories just like mine.
