I purchased two pairs of PJ pants size xxxl for present only to discover today that the sizing is "made up" by the company as per Maylvin... Google 86cm waist and you will find it belongs to SIZE SMALL.. NOT xxxl..
Maylvin used a smile emoji when telling me I would not be able to get a refund..
Absolutely scammed..
Since when is an 86cm waist an XXXL

I placed an order on Dec 7th 2020, i was aware that the processing time was 5-7 days and delivery was 7-10. it took 6 weeks to get the socks delivered - that is 29 business days or 5.5 weeks.
the company states that the socks are made in the USA - UNLESS you are ordering from a different company then they "will choose the right factory based on your location to ensure fast delivery" I'm in Canada - they chose CHINA.
The pictures on the socks are good, but the socks are super cheap - almost like a thick pair oy pantyhose...definitely not worth the price.
So, if you want an expensive, low quality sock and don't mind waiting 1.5-2 months to get them then this is the company for you! :)

I ordered a pair of socks from this site because I thought it was a US company based on the website. I was not happy to see that my order was being made and sent from China. I got a text that the product had been delivered but when I went to the front door there was nothing there. After complaining I received a picture with of a door and a brass mail slot - NO NUMBER. Every door in our townhouse development looks the same - so this picture doesn't prove anything. The company refuses to reimburse or send new socks. The delivery company has denied responsibility. $58 down the drain. I will never order from this company again. And I will avoid all Chinese companies as much as possible. There is no concept of customer satisfaction.

I checked the box and paid for two cat images on my socks. After waiting a long time my socks were eventually delivered with only one image. They are arguing that I only submit one image which I didn’t but I should have been notified if they couldn’t see second image as I had clearly paid and checked the box! They refuse to send the correct order after weeks of emailing them.

Placed my order over 8 weeks ago and still have not received my product! The item was ordered for my now husband for our wedding which was nearly one month ago. The website states delivery of 3-5 business days which it definitely is not. Even with COVID over 8 weeks is ridiculous. Their tracking is a joke - that's when you discover the item is coming from China! Their website implies they are an Australian company which they are not. After numerous emails, I get the same reply of "due to COVID and it's on it's way etc" I am still no closer to receiving my product and refund was refused. NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I had one my research and read reviews before making a purchase. I paid $85 for a jigsaw puzzle with a custom photo for my mum's birthday. After no indication the jigsaw was being shipped from overseas or delayed due to COVID and continuous fake shipping information and no follow up to any of my requests for an update, the product arrived over 5 weeks later than advised. The image quality (a landscape picture of our group at Bryce Canyon in the US) was of such poor quality that when pulled apart there is no way the puzzle could be completed as it was one big blurred colour and no definition between any of the objects in the picture- trees were grey- a man in our pictures shirt came out a washy shade of black instead of blue. After 5 months of follow up now, I get canned copy-paste responses from fake support people offering 40% refunds, no refund, 70% refund, and then some starting the query all over again and requesting I send photos (which I have now done multiple times). I've tried all avenues to get a resolution but it appears they are a faulty company and I don't ever think I'll get my money back. I will continue to post across as many social media channels as I can so no other customers experience the disappoint in not being able to visit family for a special birthday, but on top of that, having a gift delivered 5 weeks late and looking like it was made by a kindergarten kid. Buyer beware- don't waste your time with this scam of a company.

I purchased pyjama pants online. Never received confirmation of my order but money was taken straight away... ive sent email after email and had NO contact ? im fuming... its cost $74 AUD... I want my money back pronto...

I was charged the day I ordered one pair of socks. A month later I have no product.

I emailed the "business" and got two replies.
1- I made no order
2- my order had shipped

I was given multiple fake tracking sites.
NOTHING!
BUT PHOTOSOCKS KEEPS MY MONEY!


It has now been 6 weeks since I ordered my product and still no arrival. I’m extremely disappointed and to be completely honest already regret my purchase. I understand Covid has meant longer waits and delivery, etc and I’ve been completely patient but 6 weeks for a 2 week purchase is absolutely ridiculous. My partners birthday is well and truly passed. I won’t be recommending the product sadly to anyone. I will also be contacting the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission as I fear this product has been a scam. It said it was sent last Monday and my tracking number doesn’t work. Nor has it arrived. I want my $60 refunded. Appalling and fake advertising. Do not say it will be a 2 week process if it’s a 2 month process.

I ordered three different items from the My Photo Socks website on December 9th, 2019. I was told that I would receive the item by Christmas and that everything was made in the USA. Not only did I not receive a product, but I was charged a fee for a foreign transaction fee from Hong Kong. I have sent multiple emails with no response and no product update other than “processing”. If you look at the My Photo Socks Facebook page and see the community posts everyone has been scammed. Very few ever actually receive a product and when they do it’s someone else’s item. No one ever receives a company response. People need to be warned before spending their money.

I first order their socks on Dec 4th. I, unfortunately, made a mistake and contacted them immediately right after the purchase. They had told me it had already gone to production and I would be able to cancel the order and reorder without any issues. I did so and it was noted that it would take 7-10 days to receive. I made the new order on Dec 7th. I got a notice that my order won't be coming on time and I had email, facebook message, sent a message through their website that I wanted a refund. Many more customers haven't received their order since placing it at the beginning of November. This now concerns me especially since all communication has stopped and my tracking still says progressing but money has been taken out.

I ordered a pair of socks from them, and reached out multiple time because the status of my order has not changed. The say they will respond within 48 hours. They don't. The don't offer a phone number or address on their website. They charged my card. I have tried to contact them through social media, via email, and through their website. I am not the only person with these complaints. Facebook has a ton. I would love my order. On their facebook page they say they are behind, but there are tons of people who ordered over a month ago, or who have not received their order. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business who is a mess, or an organization that just takes money. All I know is I am still waiting to hear from them, I gave them money, and they refuse to respond.

I ordered socks for my wife for Christmas a few days before Thanksgiving. Socks with a photo of our cat on them. I chose 3 - 5 day delivery. The socks were $24 plus $8 shipping. Money immediately came out of PayPal listed as a jewelry store. Odd, but it happens. No confirmation email until over a week later - no ordered date, no projected delivery date. And the tracking number isnt real. Its now 14DEC and they havent replied to emails or shipped the socks and now i see, all over Facebook, the same is happening to others.
