When signing up for a trial service, it has pop-ups to add extra to the trial. I closed the pop-ups, but it took that as I had agreed to the Service. I was charged 2 2-weeks fees in conjunction with my trial and it signed me for a recurring fee to 2 subscriptions every 2 weeks. It will not refund money and the first representative said they knew this was a problem but said they could only refund half, which never happened. This is not the first time they have scammed consumers who only want a 3 day trial. Their content is defective - the books make no sense and no cohesion.
