I saw an add on Facebook for a necklace for mothers day, and used paypal to pay for it. The process errored out, I was charged and I never got the item. I had asked the same day of purchase April 26, 2020 for help from the Paypal transaction vendor info (the actual website didnt have any contact info listed or way to contact them at the time). They replied back saying to "be patient. May 3, I got and email saying they would cancel it if I wanted, May 4, I said yes to cancelling, they never cancelled it. I never got the item. I submitted a paypal claim, was rejected becasue it was "too soon". July no item, August no item. I submitted another claim but the vendor provided a fake tracking number, and Paypal said they had to close the case. Now I have to try to submit a claim with my bank.

I purchased a necklace without looking at reviews. website looks legit, but once I ordered I didn't receive a confirmation email, then when I tried to look up my order, I never was able to. no phone number for customer service and only ability to email, but never get a response from them. they immediately took money from my bank account, but no other information from them.
