I went to change my address on usps website and accidentally clicked a ad to change my postal address. These people charged me 79.95 to change an address which it should olny be $1.05 to do. I want them shut down or reprimanded for false advertising I was told the payment was already processed and they could only issue a 50 percent off I said no to that an asked for full refund the lady proceeded to tell me everything she said 3 or 4 times. I called my bank asap an filed a fraud claim they are looking into it

Please do something about this!
