Letter was sent in a form of a bill from a new service we started. We know for a fact we don't have any monthly bill with the service so we were surprised to see a bill. We reached out to the service provider who confirmed they weren't associated with this company. This is misleading and crafty and fraudulent and they should be charged and put in a jail
