I saw this online on Facebook, offering some CBD oil, and promising wonderful remedies for my achey joints, for the price of $14. So I ordered. They sent me an email saying it had been shipped (tracking # indicated it was from Reno, Nevada) on April 17, 2020. I received it within a week and started using. After a few days, I noticed it made me feel very lethargic, and didn't help at all with my joint pain, so I stopped using. On May 2, a charge of $95.21 was posted to my credit card. I called the company and spoke to their representative who told me his name was Leovoake, and told him I did not authorize the charge. He told me that I did, and agreed to the "fine print" in the add. I never saw any such claim when I initially ordered, nor was any mentioned in the order confirmation. He tried to convince me to order more at a discounted price, apologized, etc. and told me that he would cancel the order and charge (conf #58148), but it has not been done. I received a confirmation email that only future orders would be cancelled, but not the current charge. This is definitely a scam and others on Facebook have stated similar nightmares. Is there any way to get help in this matter? Thank you
