This person who goes by the name of Carol is a scam. Her website does not have contact information. You will see her in your FaceBook and Instagram feed. When you receive email confirmation there is no way to be able to contact them other than the fictitious email they use. This person has been putting me off about the COVID demand and shipping issues yet I've not ever had any issues receiving an other orders. They are masks. Everyone is selling them and you can buy them anywhere. Just don't buy them from this site.

It has been over a month since I ordered a pack of 3 masks. I have not received my product and they claim there aren't able to provide me a refund yet I do not have my product nor have they shipped it. This makes no sense to me. If the product has not shipped there should be no problem providing a refund. They are fraud.
