I have been selected to receive a grant from the government, never having to pay back. They ask if I wanted the money deposited in a bank account or Western Union, I choose Western Union. Need 315.00 in order to register, by the $300.00 would be refunded after my name is registered. The $15.00 is a processing fee at money gram. It takes 45 minutes to an hour to receive money. It will include the $300.00 plus $9,000.00. I am to go to Wal Mart., then conversation stopped because I told caller I did not have money. Gave me an ID number of NI7169778 (Grant confirmation ID number). Call back number is 202-464-2435. No time limited to call back, when I get $300.00 I am suppose to call number back. Spoke with Kenneth Wilson ID ext. 8012 and Justin Allen ext. 116. I told him I would call him back by 10:00 am. I did not call them back, so they called me back at 11:00. Told them I did not have the money and they said no problem.
