I reached out to the web solution group because family used them December 2020. They helped with my issues. March 2021 they added other products to my system. On June 11 21 I received a call stating the products were not compatible and they were going to have to provide me a refund. This is when things went haywire. They were going to refund me my total charge of $700. I would have to go through their billing group phone number ###-###-####. At that point is where in refunding my money from 700 it went to 70,000 quote added to my account“ and they needed their excess back . They provided me with routing numbers and bank addresses and when I went to the bank the first question I asked was was that money actually there. I am mediately changed all of my accounts and contacted identity theft companies and my Social Security office.
