I attempted to purchase a large stuffed animal (giant teddy bear) on their website, www.mygiantteddy.com, on 1/25/22. I received a confirmation text message on my cell from (323) 577-7120 with the following text: "Hi Amber, thanks for your purchase of $44.95 from MyGiantTeddy! We'll notify you when it ships. View order (#1522): https://mygiantteddy.com/60610773170/orders/3a47c6f4b90ea963ac694338a77090a1/aut...⇄ Text STOP to unsubscribe." My credit card was charged on 1/25/22 in the amount of $44.95 to "MYGIANTTEDDY 2521 Legion Street BELLMORE N Date 1/25/22 7577 5732." I never received a confirmation email, as the website did not ask for my email, and they have not responded to emails or inquiries on their website. When I call their phone number, listed on their site (423-844-9387) it is a busy signal. I have not received the item and am unable to contact anyone to follow-up or cancel my order.
