I ordered a blanket and never received it , I have sent numerous emails with no response .

I purchased a fluffy blanket back in January and still haven’t received my purchase. My emails proof of purchase disappeared out of my email. There is no number for contact and when I email the company there is no response. I am disputing payment now with my bank.

An ad came up on my Facebook for this blanket which looks really comfy. The ad was from My Fluffy Blanket. I purchased it March 2 was sent an order confirmation. The ad said it would come with tracking information but I wasn’t sent anything. I have tried to email them 3 times with no response. Now when I click the link in their email to view my order it says “the page your looking for no longer exists” There is also no phone number to call. I paid $29.95 usd

They also changed their name. Now it says Comfybeds on their website. I am currently trying to dispute the transaction with my credit card company
