I was searching for the new fit hoops. I found one online at myfithoop.com for $40. I paid and got confirmation of payment, however I never received the confirmation email or the product. The $40 was taken out of my bank account though. When I went to the website to check on it, the website now says the store is not open yet. I’ve been checking for weeks and it keeps saying the same thing. I also still have not received the item.
