They stole my money I've been waiting weeks and now waiting for a reply and nothing and now my shipping pin has been duplicated and I can't track my package even though I paid for shipping insurance. This was the surprise I got for my boyfriend for Christmas and was so excited ... I'm so upset to find out this is a scam ???

Do not order from My Face Boxer. They will take your money and never ship your purchase. I placed an order on February 9, 2020 and still have not received my order to date and it is now March 8th. I have contacted “Amy” several times to get a status on my order, tracking and most recently request to cancel. There was always a delay in responding or an excuse for why my order hasn’t shipped. If you cancel the order they charge you $9 per each item (cancellation/restocking fee). The last correspondence I had “Amy” was on March 8th. Now they need to reprocess my order due to inferior quality. There are several complaints regarding customers not receiving their orders & horrible customer service on FaceBook. Go to the My Boxer page and click on Posts, then VISITORS POSTS. My next plan of action is to go through my credit card company and dispute the charges. Please do not purchase anything from this company.
