function. A 2 hour photo booth rental. The week before event payment was made in full to hold date. Several correspondence was made back and forth via email about photo strip design and payment. First payment was sent and it said that even though we paid the fill $180 we still owed. I caught it right away and had him issue a proper statement. He said that my attendant for the night was *** *** and he would contact me. I received emails from the “design team” on my photo strips. The night of event the party started at 7:00. The attendant was to be on location 45 minutes prior at 6:45 he was still not there. We called and emailed and he never came. Can not get him to answer phones he is now not answering. Or responding back. Called credit card company to have them recoup money. After looking at reviews this is a thing that they have been doing for quite some time. This is horrible and they should be shut down.
