Make it stop

I never signed up for this and don't know how to stop them from trying to charge me $39.99 every month. Thank goodness I didn't use my bank debit card, I used the Cash App and just don't leave enough money for their payment on it. I would love to stop these charges.

After being charged by this company, which I never signed up for, I did some digging. I found this website that has a plethora of information about them. Idk if this will help anyone but I figured it's best to post the website's link. I will certainly be delving further into this website and make another post if I find anything useful.

I've had this place take multiple $40 payments off my card several times in 1 month!

I cannot figure out who to contact and every place I have used says they have stopped charging my card. This place has charged my card 2-3x a month for 2 years now at $40 a pop and I'm tire of it. This is now thousands of Dollard they've stolen and I cannot figure out how to get it off my card!

My eternal credit scores is legit the WORST scam!!

Signed up for a free trial while attempting to repair my credit and have been unable to cancel or even get ahold of this company! They consistently try taking 39.95 out of my account mtiple times per month! I have tried and tried to find anyine too get ahold of to ask what the [censored] is going on and to stop immediately but to no avail. I finally had to cancel my card so I'm hoping that will put an end to this craziness!

I signed up for a free trial to get my credit score but now I can't find a correct website to cancel. The phone number that was given when I signed up is continuously busy.. They continue to try to take $39 out of my account so I can't put money on my PayPal card or they will take it out. Please help!

I signed up for a 7 day free trial and could not cancel now they charging my debit card 35.00. There is no way that you can cancel this transaction I have tried to call and the number on google does not work. Now I have to cancel my card.

If I signed up for a 7-Day free trial for the website to get my credit monitored they said I have 7 days and I can cancel it or I got to pay 3990 well I tried several ways to get a hold of them their phone number that is listed on Google is not the correct number I can't buy the website and I have no way to talk to anybody so I'd stop the I didn't transfer my money under my cash app so but they have constantly every day this week been trying to put your money from my card because I can't cancel because there's no way to cancel it so I'm really confused I I guess I'll have to cancel my car together cuz I don't want them to get the money for nothing cuz I didn't get on the website I never even checked my credit one time I think it's really sad that they are trying to take money from people and there's no way to reach them no way to get ahold of them yet they continue to try to withdraw money from my bank it's not fair something needs to be done about these people thank you very much my name is Elyse McFadden by the way

In my banking account i began noticing charges of 39.90. Several different names such as my free credit score,my credit watcher ,get my credit score and todays was my eternal credit score. Today i gathered all the information from my account and all 4 have same address. So i called spoke to a lady named fran who informed me she was in Costa rica. I told her i didnt want the service any longer and i wanted my money refunded today and she started on some trial basis. I said i dont want this service and need my money returned. She said the charge is valid and will not be returned. I said cancel and she gave me a cancellation code . I do not know how i got caught up in this craziness.

How did you get that number? Can you please share this contact info so that others can at least try to contact these scammers? Personally, I'm exhausted trying to get in touch with these scammers, I've been told to turn this info over to the FBI. Would love for you to share the contact info--I have yet to find anything on these people! Other than that, I'm going to cancel my card, total hassle.
