Thank you for sharing this, this was a similar experience for us too. We were working on a big marketing campaign at the time and as our local grocery store is new I figured it would be a great way to get our name out. We were dealing with Lorenzo as well and now all the phone numbers all of a sudden disappeared once Covid hit.

I had a call from Patrick Nicholas of My City Promos (aslo referred to as MCP in their contract) offering to put my business advertising on white boards that would be given out by a local store. I sent him my advertising and artwork as well as payment. I followed up with him multiple times waiting for the revisions. He did respond once to say he was sorry that it was lost and that he would resend it. I have called and emailed his email address and called his cell number and the business number. The business number has 3 different lines to try (support, sales, other inquiries). All 3 lines lead to a voice message of the same person, Lorenzo. He does NOT return the call. Their website has a "contact us" feature but if you enter your information they do not call you back. This is a VERY sophisticated scam, it looks like a true company.
