My family keeps getting calls regarding a "complaint" about my husband,. I received a call this morning for my husband from a "spam risk" phone # of 865-351-1046, Stating they are going to be putting lien on our vehicle, home, etc since my husband has not settled out of court with a company of my cash now. They knew my Husband's DOB, address, vehicle. Stated we needed to call 910-250-5768 or else this would be going to court. We have never heard of this company before and no I idea what they are speaking of. They stated they have have called and sent mail, which no mail has ever been received for anything like this. They did not disclose on how much he owes, and I didn't ask.
