Survey Scam Ace Hardware

Filling out a survey for Ace Hardware. After I filled out the survey if I send $1.95 I would receive a gift. Instead they not only charged me $1.95 for receiving nothing but also charged me two payments of $99.95. When I called them they said I signed up for their service which they could not tell me what those services were. They refunded me $24.98 on each service. They would NOT refund the rest of my money so I’m out $151.89.
