I placed a order back in April of 2020. I understand Covid has been a big factor in online purchases, but it is almost August 2020 and have yet to receive my order. Have emailed them several times and no response. I asked for a refund since it’s been this long and they are not wanting to give me one. I understand the no refund policy but when it’s been this long. I paid well over $100 for my order and it’s not fair that companies like this rip people off
