I placed an order with this company on May 2nd and have been charged for my item. As of today's date May 21,2020 I have not received my item that I purchased. I have followed the USPS tracking number and for a few weeks it has said that the location is unknown and that a shipping label has not yet been created. I have communicated with the company (mybestsocks.com) via email on a few different occasions. Their emails are very unprofessional, have several spelling and grammatical errors which in my personal opinion is a strong indication that this site is a scam. I have warned the company on two different occasions that I was going to report them for being a scam and for fraudulent activity. Each email that they have sent me all they have pretty much conveyed to me was to 'be patient'. This is totally unacceptable and have waited long enough for my purchase to arrive. If there were actually a shipping label created I wouldn't be concerned, but given the fact that my purchase has been in lingo for three weeks now has caused concern and has pretty much led me to believe that my money is wasted and that I will not be receiving my purchase. I'm still hope to receive this but at this point I'm not counting on that happening. I definitely would not reccomend doing business with this company. I truly believe it is a scam. Just wanted to warn others.
