So last month I went to use my dental card and called dentist after dentist. Not only did any of the dental offices I called not recognize this company but they are no where on the internet . So I started calling numbers on my card. I called the eligibility, Benefits and claims department and they told me to call Dentemax. Dentemax couldn't find my ID anywhere in their system . They also had never heard of this company. I was directed to cancel the service immediately.
I called today April the 6th 2021 the number again on the paper 1-844-792-6985 for my benefits keepers. I explained the situation and was given no info. I asked the representative if this was a scam and he said he didn't know cause they are a third party .He then gave me another number for a administrator . He transferred me and I was hung up on. I then called the Admins number he gave me and was on hold for over a hour then disconnected . The number I was given for the administrator was 1-855-995-7091.
Not sure what can be done to remedy this situation or if I am out all the money they have taken out for insurance that doesn't exist .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
