We bought parrot online for $700 plus $100 shipping to our door. Then his shipping company”Skylincourierexpressltd” tells us we need to pay $700 for insurance By the way just because he gave me his address doesn’t mean it is so. supposedly would be refunded by the courier when the parrot is delivered safely. We paid that. Then Skylincourier emails us and states the parrot has to be protect by an electronic crate during flight $650 for crate rental which supposedly 90% would be refunded by the courier service when the parrot is delivered. Then when the parrot is supposed to be delivered to our doorstep, we get another email stating the parrot is being held in quarantine in Michigan because it needs a $400 city permit and $350 for a vaccine. I emailed them and said I need a phone number so I can talk to them first. They gave me this number 313-349-3460 with the name Robin Marshall. I told him we need to see the parrot before vaccination. He said no it’s in Grayling Mi even though the tracker said Detroit Airport. I called Detroit Metro Airport cargo, and they said there is no such thing. Robin Marshall would not give us an address where the parrot supposedly is and told us you can see it when we pay the $750 and it will be delivered. By the way- I talked to the parrot breeder - the courier service- and the supposedly Michigan quarantine and it all sounded like the same guy.
