I order a ring and they placed an additional $13 on my purchase for insurance which I didn't agreed to, this happened on the 8th of April 2020, they sent an order number #1980 and that was it. I never heard from them again and I would love my money back.

I ordered a ring from these mf from April and has not gotten it yet. I send numerous amount of emails and not one were answered. I have not received a tracking number or nothing, I even emailed shopify about the order as it was paid for through them, and shopify responded back to me quickly. I would love to get my money back from these [censored].

Sounds like we have all experienced the same thing. They dont respond to emails or send products. I think they are a scam! I found them on Facebook as well!

I'm placed an order may 26 and haven't reviewed a tracking number and I have sent two emails and still the company hasn't replied! Skills have known better then to try purchasing from an ad on Facebook.
