Bait & switch - offer said that the additional 4 bottles would be at a highly discounted rate, but full price was charged to my credit card. Used the “serum” for 9 weeks with ZERO results! They would only refund 50% of the original charge; I spent one hour on the phone with customer service & had to ask for a Supervisor to get anything refunded.
