Predatory business practices. They refused to refund the $500 worth of personal trainer credit we had advanced after firing my trainer and after I closed my account they continued to charge my bank for the next six months because "the other person still has an account with us". Our accounts were linked and when I went through the obnoxious closing process I was told that all charges would cease after 2 more months. They now are refusing to refund any of the money spent with them even though we haven't set foot in the gym since March of 2020. We have been mislead about cost and business policies with them for two and a half years.
