Have had repeated phone calls from same person named Audrey Lane (which is probably not her real name), in regards to a 2017 payday loan we allegedly owe. We have never taken out this loan, which we did verify through cashnet. They are threatening to file a case in Richland County against us. When I called the 844-427-9393 #. I asked the person who answered for their address to get debt verification. She said they could not give that to me to protect their clients. They are calling family members in regards to this and it is extremely upsetting.

I received a phone call from (810) 522-8048 which is a recording, it gives you the option to press 0 for a live operator but you can't get through to anyone the message keep repeating. They gave (972)715-3219 as a direct contact number, while trying to contact this number it stays busy and when I finally got a representative they asked me to verify who I was and the last four of my ssn which I didn't provide. I asked where the were calling from and they said Mutual Mediation Loss Mitigation Specialist and they were calling on behalf of DTE Energy with a file number and they will be garnishing my wages if I didn't settle this debt for $600.00. I contacted DTE Energy directly and the file doesn't exist. I then called them back to request more information but they wouldn't provide any information if I didn't verify my ssn. I asked for a manager who in turn just stated her name was Ms. Diana who wouldn't provide any information and was very rude. I continued to call the number back to get more information and every time I called they picked up and hung up on me or claimed they were transferring me to someone who can help me and disconnected the call.
