I ordered from their site online. When ordering, the site said " Your cart is empty". I tried to purchase again, and it still didn't go through with the same error message. Tried emailing the company, but said the email didn't work, that their server needed to be upgraded. I noticed I was charged twice, even though it said nothing went through on their site. Tried calling the number given, the representative spoke little English and gave me a different number to call. Called that number, then redirected to someone else. Ended up getting my card canceled.
