I ordered clothes through this website advertised through Instagram. It stated the delivery would take a few weeks. So after 3 weeks of my purchase (From Dec 5, 2022), I reached out to the customer support team on their website and the individual I spoke with, Angie, said my order was in transit. Then after another week of no set estimated date of delivery, I reached out again, and Angie said their transit carrier was changing, so they could not locate the package at that time. That's when I began being suspicious of the company. Then after another week or so, I tried reaching out and asked for a refund if my clothes weren't coming; they said they would need the last four digits of my CC to initiate the refund policy, which I argued against giving because they should already have it. Eventually I got mad and gave up for a bit. I reached out again today, February 28th, 2023, and the email was "no longer found." I tried going back to the website and it also was not available. So then I decided to report them because my money was stolen with no product in return.
