We put a car to sell on Craig's List. Immediately got a full price offer, saying he was a Marine in Quantico Virginia and he would send a private to sign the papers. He wanted to pay through Pay Pal and would not consider cashiers check. He originally texted me, but then wanted to correspond through Email, saying that Quantico does not allow cells phones. Not true. He gave me some numbers as follows: "Serial number RA3 24341924 battalion: 2d battalion, 21th infantary Unit combat unit dog tage number 768888ds AKO Number 241709 Ranktaff Sergeant (Ssgt) MOS (E-7). " sic All false...lots of misspellings, and other made up information.
