A man offered to do a free roof inspection. He came back a few days later and brought a anither man with him who climbed a ladder and began tearing shingles off the roof. He said he would repair my broken gutters and shingle. so i gave him a check. They returned and did some work but never finished. Niw my roof is missing the shingles and still has no gutters
