They got my first two deposits and promised to pick up my items on 2/13/2023, but then they just disappeared. They refused to answer any questions and didn't come to pick up the items when I declined to pay a third deposit, as they never mentioned the third deposit. I still can't get any response from them after calling and texting, everything goes right to voicemail.
