This company, Muravai.co, advertises a quality showerhead with moneyback guaranteed satisfaction. When I got the product and realized how poor quality it is I asked about returning it. They explained that they only accept returns if in the original packaging. Because I am a same person I did not keep the packaging. They offered a partial refund and to cancel my subscription. They did neither and charged me again for filters I do not want after putting in writing that they had canceled my subscription.
