Was looking for a specific breed of cat that I wanted and found thus website, they seemed legit up until they apparently needed an additional fee to send me the cat

I tried to purchase a munchkin kitten from this place. At first they where very responsive and informative. Once payment was sent for the kitten and delivery. Communication became scarce. When they said it would be delivered to my door Saturday I agreed to the terms and paid it in full. Saturday came and I didn’t hear from them. Emailed them a few times for delivery update. In the afternoon they said they dropped off the kitty with the shipping company and that they would be getting a hold of me. They texted me asking for additional 950 for insurance. I said no and they threatened me with quarantining the kitty and it would cost me 5000 to get it out. So far I emailed looking for a full refund from the seller but they have not responded back to me
