Placed order on May 24, 2021. Website says order is ship 14 days after payment. Payment taking from credit card right away. 20 days went by no produce. Emailed and was told the shipment was a little behind. Contacted them via email 5 more times and was given the same story. The last time I told them I would give them until July 10th, and still no product. So I called my credit company. Once the dispute was made. I did get a full refund, but they asked me to drop the dispute because it makes them look bad.
