Having to get personal health insurance (post retirement at age 63), I signed on with this carrier. I was assured it was affiliated with Blue Cross. Since then, it has not covered one medical expense. Unable to find another carrier, and realizing I could not cancel and be uninsured, I paid out of pocket and had to postpone several necessary visits until I am covered by Medicare (Oct ‘23). I realize I was misled, and any shot at retribution is unlikely. However, the public should be aware of this company’s practices. Pure scam
